    DACRE BANKS, NEAR RIPLEY.
    Peremptorily, on Monday, the Seventeenth of November, 1845, at Three o’Clock in the Afternoon, at the House of Mr. Matthew Bell, DACRE BANKS, near Ripley, in the County of York, subject to conditions, and in One Lot.
    A most valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE, situate at Dacre Banks, near Ripley, called OXEN CLOSE, late in the Occupation of Mr. William Houseman, deceased, but now of Mr. James Greaves, consisting of a Farm House, Cottage, Homestead, Barn, and all other requisite Outbuildings. Also of Fifty Acres or thereabouts of good Arable, Meadow, Pasture and Wood LAND, lying in a Ring Fence, delightfully situated. Together with an unstinted Common Right and other Rights and Privileges on Heyshaw and other adjoining Moors and Waste Grounds.
    This Estate is supposed to contain a valuable Bed of Coal.
