Just to let you know, I have resurrected the website about my Father's Lancaster crew at the link above after the original web host went under, and linked to your page on Air Gunner Sgt Ronald Houseman, who was the rear gunner the night that the aircraft was shot down (4th/5th July 1944).
keep up the good work,
Mike

She married a Thomas Houseman and her son was Harry Soloman Houseman. Thank you for helping me find out the information that I need. Would like to speak to anyone who can help me further.

Comments: Herbert Warriner I am thrilled and amazed to come across this website. What a fantastic job you have done. So much information and so easily accessible. I knew little about my paternal grandparent's ancestry except that my grandmother was Annie Houseman who died in 1931. My grandfather, Herbert Warriner, died in 1954. On the data base it does not list all his children. My father, Herbert's son, Harold Warriner was the youngest child of ten. I can provide all the names of his brothers and sisters but am not sure of their dates of birth. All are now dead. My father died on 8th April 2006 age 91.
I have never seen photos of my grandmother or my great grandmother and was thrilled to find them on the website. I have a newspaper cutting with a picture of a Wendy Houseman which I found in my father's papers. She is listed on your database.
Thank you for your meticulous research and for producing such a wonderful website. It has opened up a whole new world for me and my family.
Comments: Families of Nidderdale My Grand-dad (George Skaife) grew up at Pyefield Farm, along with his siblings William, Percy, Mary and Kathleen. Spent many a happy summer there with my cousins. Somewhere along the line I think we're related to the Housemans.
